Here's the first thing you should know about me...

Ok, so...I'm not a lady. I'm not an expert in women's unique physiological ongoings. I don't have a degree in women's psychology. In fact, the only thing I consider myself an "expert" about is getting women strong AF.

I'm an Active Duty Marine (2ndLt) with over 13 years. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Certified Conditioning Coach. 

....and TRX Level 1, High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Level 2, Functional Movement Specialist Level 1.

...oh and I'm a current student for Precision Nutrition Level 1 and nearly complete as an NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning - Facilitator. 

Once upon a time, I was a Marine recruiter and I've been coaching since 2017. Combined I've helped hundreds kill fat, get strong af, and improve pull ups.
